Sorah At-Takathur ( The piling Up ) - Verses Number 8

أَلْهَاكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُ ( 1 )

Alhakumu attakathur

حَتَّىٰ زُرْتُمُ الْمَقَابِرَ ( 2 )

Hatta zurtumu almaqabir

كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ( 3 )

Kalla sawfa taAAlamoon

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ( 4 )

Thumma kalla sawfa taAAlamoon

كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ الْيَقِينِ ( 5 )

Kalla law taAAlamoona AAilma alyaqeen

لَتَرَوُنَّ الْجَحِيمَ ( 6 )

Latarawunna aljaheem

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ الْيَقِينِ ( 7 )

Thumma latarawunnaha AAayna alyaqeen

ثُمَّ لَتُسْأَلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعِيمِ ( 8 )

Thumma latus-alunna yawma-ithin AAaniannaAAeem

Did God Become ManDid God Become Man: The main purpose for writing this booklet is to reach those who believe in God and cause them to reflect on the nature of their beliefs in the light of reason and revelation. The booklet is actually the edited version of a lecture, which I have delivered on many occasions and in many locations around the world. The positive response of the varied audiences to this lecture encouraged me to prepare it as a booklet in order to make it accessible to a wider audience.
